All products sold on sundyotalifecare.com are genuine products. We guarantee the condition of the items you buy except for any manufacturing defects.
The User will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the said bank/card issuers, in addition of these Terms and Use Policy, in case of Cash Back offers are extended by the banks during the mentioned period/tenure.
Due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, or availability of stocks or for any other reasons whatsoever, We may cancel the orders placed by the Users.
Delivery time may vary than the usual time of delivery as mentioned on the Website.
We try our best to provide accurate details about products and their pricing. However; typographical and other errors may occur. In case of any such event of incorrect pricing information, on its sole discretion, Sundyota Lifecare may either contact the User for instruction or may cancel the User’s order after notifying the User about such cancellation.
Cancellation by Sundyota Lifecare: There may be certain orders that We are unable to process or accept or dispatch and hence, must be cancelled We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without showcasing any reason to the User. The User accepts and undertakes that the same is acceptable to him/her without contesting or raising any dispute on the same. If the order is cancelled after bank/credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in User's bank/credit card account;
Cancellation by the User: In any event of order cancellation request by the User, We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to accept or reject request for such cancellation; for any reason whatsoever; without assigning any reason to the User. As a part of our healthy business practices, when We receive a cancellation request, and the order has not been processed/accepted/dispatched by us, We shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount paid to the User within a reasonable period of time.
Sundyota Lifecare will not be able to cancel all those orders that have already been processed. It is appropriate to note that We have the full rights to take a final call whether an order has been processed or not. User hereby agree and undertakes that the final decision taken by Sundyota Lifecare is acceptable to the User and the User shall not create any dispute or claim over it.
For all those orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order/s’ as determined by Sundyota Lifecare based on certain criteria; We reserve all the rights with us to cancel any such orders. Any promotional offer, code or reward points Used for placing the ‘Bulk Order/s’ will not be refunded as per the cancellation policy. If any order/s meet the following criteria, will be deemed as the ‘Bulk Order/s’; which may not be exhaustive, viz:
Any product/s ordered for resale / commercial purpose and not for self-consumption
Multiple orders placed for the same product/s; at the same delivery address
Bulk quantity of the same product/s ordered
Any malpractice used to place the order
We reserve all the rights, to append, modify, add or remove a part of this document, without any prior written notice to Users, at our sole discretion.
Under no circumstances, our liability may extend giving the User a replacement of the same product/s or alternate product of the same value

Quantity Restrictions:

Indemnity:

Each party to arbitration shall bear its own cost.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sundyota Lifecare, its employees, owners, promoters, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of claims bases upon your actions or inactions, which if results in any loss or liability to us or any third party including but not limited to breach of any of the warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of any of your obligations under this User Agreement, or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of any statutory dues and/or taxes, claim of libel or defamation or violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of services by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Eligibility to Use:
